Robert Vrij, Alcatel-Lucent's executive vice president and president of the Americas region, will be the featured speaker at the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce's 11th annual Spirit of Innocation Awards Luncheon.
Robert is head of all Alcatel-Lucent's global Strategic Alliances including Hewlett Packard, and also is a director of LGS, an independent subsidiary of Alcatel-Lucent dedicated solely to serving the U.S. Federal Government.
As head of the America region, Robert Vrij oversees the company's sales and operation in North America, Central America, and Latin America. In his Strategic Alliances role, Rober is head of Alcatel-Lucent's critical alliance with HP in the IT and telecommunications markets.
