Who they serve: Economically and socially disadvantaged entrepreneurs with distinctive proprietary product lines, continued market potential, a return on sales after tax of 5%, and an experienced and dedicated management team. Sales should be (or projected to be within 2 years) between $400,000 and $2 million.

What they do:  Valley Capital will invest $25,000 to $300,000 out of total financing packages of $100,00 to $1 million. The entrepreneur must have personally invested a minimum of 5% of the total money required. Business plans with financial projections are essential requirements for consideration.

Minimum Loan: $25,000 for equipment; $50,000 to $300,000 loans

Requirements for Program: 51% minority owned; sales between $400,000 and $2 million; 5% of total financing must be owner’s money.

Length of Program: Varies

Loan Volume: 4 + per year

Fee for Program: Valley Capital expects a return on its investment in the business.
